With its vapour-tight properties, the foil prevents both heat loss and unwanted moisture penetration into the structure. The double aluminium top layers reflect radiant heat, creating a stable indoor climate — warm in winter and cool in summer.

How does ALU Seal 100 work?

The strength of ALU Seal 100 lies in its unique multilayer composition with double air chambers and 100% aluminium top layers. While traditional insulation mainly stores heat, ALU Seal 100 tackles all forms of heat transfer:

Radiation → reflection through aluminium top layers
Convection → air chambers that block airflow
Conduction → insulating core that minimises thermal bridging

Since radiant heat accounts for up to 75% of total heat loss, the reflective effect of ALU Seal 100 makes a significant difference. This allows you to achieve high insulation values with minimal thickness — without sacrificing valuable space.
