The ALU Seal 45 is a multi-layer reflective insulation film designed to meet the highest demands of modern construction projects, whether it's renovation or sustainability improvement. It is part of our own film line: DuoFoil. ALU Seal 45 is vapor-tight and suitable for roofs, walls, and floors from the warm side (interior).

How does ALU Seal 45 work?

ALU Seal 45 is designed with a unique composition of multiple insulation layers, which together form a highly effective barrier against energy loss. This insulation film stops all forms of heat transfer: convection, radiation, and conduction.

A significant portion of heat loss, about 75%, occurs through radiation. The reflective aluminum top layers of ALU Seal 45 significantly reduce this heat loss by reflecting the heat back into the room. This not only ensures a stable and comfortable indoor climate but also leads to significant savings on your energy bill. By using ALU Seal 45, you increase the energy efficiency of your building, benefiting both the environment and your wallet.

ALU Seal 45: The most sustainable and circular insulation film

Thanks to the composition of high-quality aluminum foil and recycled PET bottles, the material is circular. This means that it can be reused after disassembly. If the material is damaged during removal, Duo Tape can be used not only for application but also to repair any damage.
