Application Notes The practical application of Duofor® dovetailed sheeting.

Check the beam construction for quality and strength.
SAFETY
Use a flex with metal washer to shorten or adjust the dovetailed sheets. Pay attention to your safety and always wear appropriate protective clothing. When processing dovetailed sheets on the beam construction, make sure that the panels are in the correct position.
PROCESSING
Mount the Duofor® dovetailed sheets at right angles to the profile direction on the beam layer. Lay the sheets alternately with a longitudinal direction of about 100 mm overlap. Only mount bottom and top flange in width.
INSTALLATION
Duofor® dovetailed sheets are marked ex works with a special, red laying line, laying and connecting panels is simplified.
In width direction: Place only the end flanges (bottom and top flange) on top of each other. Colour coding on colour coding.
In longitudinal direction: Lay the sheet alternately with the sticker up and down, colour coding on colour coding. The dimensional accuracy of the plates fit perfectly together. Lay the boards continuously with the sticker on top in the boards with the sticker on the bottom.
APPLICATION
Lay the first row of plates with the sticker facing downwards (B). Plates must be connected in width as described above.
The second row of plates is applied with the sticker upwards (A), so that in the overlap in the length, the plates with the sticker at the top fall into the plates with the sticker at the bottom. The dovetailed sheets for your floors have now been carefully applied!
APPLICATION ON BEAM LAYER
Apply the profile direction of the Duofor® dovetailed sheets at right angles to the beam layer. Lay the sheets alternately, with a longitudinal overlap of approximately 100 mm. Lay only the top and bottom flanges in width on top of each other (see picture). In this way you guarantee the quality processing of the dovetailed sheets for your floors.
APPLICATION ON FLOORBOARDS
Apply the profile direction of the Duofor® dovetailed sheets at right angles to the beam, parallel to the floor boards. Lay the sheets, in any way, with a longitudinal overlap of approx. 50-100 mm. Lay only the top and bottom flanges in width on top of each other (see picture). Attach the sheets to the floor boards or beam at the location of the upper profiles. In this way you guarantee the quality processing of the dovetailed sheets for your floors.
Applying a system floor can be performed by you or your contractor.
