De Combifor systeemvloer is opgebouwd uit traditionele en eenvoudig te verwerken bouwmaterialen. Door de combinatie van speciaal ontworpen materialen is deze renovatievloer zeer geschikt voor een vloerrenovatie.
Combifor hexagonal collar screw
The hexagonal collar screws are used to fasten the Combifor steal beams in the hook bar hanger and joist hanger. The collar screws are also used to set the Duofor® dovetail plates.

Combifor long-shaft dowel
With the Combifor long-shaft dowel, the profile carrier is mounted to the building wall. Depending on the type of floor and the loads, the amount of plugs per m1 is determined.

Combifor joist hanger

With the trimming joist hanger and a lightweight Combifor profile, a trimming joist floor opening can easily be made. Joist hanger are used for crawl spaces, stairways, cellar rooms. As with the hook hanger, the beams are fixed with the six-collar bolts 4.2 x 13.

Combifor hook hanger profiles

The hook bar profile serves as a holder for the Combifor lightweight steel ceiling and is attached to the profile carrier. The Combifor steel girders are fixed with the hexagon head bit 4.2 x 13.

Due to this simple application and handling, the steel girders can be installed at any desired distance up to 1,200 mm

Combifor profile carrier
Profile carrier are used when the old wall recesses cannot be used and is attached directly to the building wall and the Combifor steel girder and the hook hanger profiles. Due to this simple application and handling, the steel girders can be installed at any desired distance up to 1,200 mm.

Combifor extension profile
The extension profile offers the ideal solution for deviating distances between the lightweight steel ceiling beams and the wall. An extension of up to + 400 mm can be set by inserting into the steel beam.

Combifor Thermo strip
The thermal decoupling strips serve not only as a support of insulation panels but also as a thermal bridge for the lightweight steel ceiling beams. The lambda value of a thermal tire is higher than polystyrene. The critical temperature line under the steel lightweight girders is derived, has a positive impact on the zinc layer of the steel girders and contributes to the longevity of the entire floor.

Combifor lightweight steel beams
Due to their special shape, Combifor steel lightweight ceiling beams are not only lightweight but also have a higher rigidity than other steel beams for floors in renovation. No additional concrete floor with reinforcement is needed.
